I am a photographer with a graphic design background based in Brussels (Belgium). As a part of Fotografar Palavras, an international project that is translating texts by Portuguese-speaking authors into images, I mainly explore photo performance and self portrait. Portrait is also a part of my work. My work is complemented by more conceptual projects, including street photography. As an activist, I am collaborating sometimes with Krasnyi Collective, composed of people sharing common commitment towards social movements. Beyond aesthetic and therapeutic aspects, I continually strive to pursue an emotional, questioning and/or militant approach to my photography.
